Shawnigan Lake Backyard Wedding | Cowichan Valley Wedding Photographer

It’s been a while since I posted a wedding and let me tell you how excited I was that my very first wedding on beautiful Vancouver Island was a backyard wedding by the water with a gorgeous mountain view! Literally my favourite kind of weddings are in a backyard and I always do a happy dance when I book one.

Robin and Rod put on a beautiful day full of family and friends at their lake house in Shawnigan Lake on July 23rd 2022, full of gorgeous DIY details and some fabulous wedding vendors as well as the help of family and friends - their day came together beautifully. There was so much love and laughter surrounding them, you couldn’t wipe the smiles off either of their faces!
