Surprise Engagement Proposal Photo Session | Victoria, British Columbia Wedding Photographer
Many years ago before I moved to Vancouver Island, I had the pleasure of photographing these two during one of the most exciting times of their lives. I went to high school with Matt & Jenna in Ontario, and was thrilled when Matt reached out to me to plan a couples photo session where he would ask Jenna to marry him. We lucked out with a beautiful Fall evening, with a gorgeous golden hour - we made sure to include their sweet pup in the photos as well. I wanted to share this on my blog because it’s just one of my favourite engagement sessions and a lot of my sessions aren’t on my blog as this is an entirely new website created in 2019 so I am still playing catch up to some of my favourite weddings and photo sessions. I still remember the excitement I had reading Matt’s email as I had always wanted to capture a proposal and with it being of two people I have known for years, I was so honoured they thought of me for their photos.
